Coordinate with civil, MEP, and IT teams for integrated delivery **Project Planning \& Execution** * Manage end\-to\-end telecom scope for data center projects * Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation * Ensure alignment with client requirements and contract specifications **Telecom Infrastructure Management** * Oversee installation of structured cabling systems (Cat6A, fiber optics, backbone cabling) * Manage data center network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, racks, patch panels) * Coordinate installation of containment systems (tray, ladder, conduits) **Coordination \& Stakeholder Management** * Coordinate with civil, MEP, and IT teams for integrated delivery * Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors * Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates **Quality \& Compliance** * Ensure compliance with international standards (TIA/EIA, BICSI, ANSI) * Implement QA/QC procedures for telecom installations * Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning **Cost \& Risk Management** * Monitor project budget, cost control, and variations * Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies * Manage procurement of telecom materials and equipment **Health \& Safety** * Ensure compliance with HSE policies and site safety standards * Promote a safety\-first culture across all project activities **Reporting** * Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports * Track KPIs, milestones, and deliverables * Maintain project documentation and records Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: In person
