o Follow up the set-up fiber optic telecommunication and data networks o Checking Lay underground and underfloor fiber optic cabling o Check the test systems and find and fix any faults o Design, build and test fiber optic equipment o Liaise with customers in person, on the phone or online o Maintain detailed records of each job o Working in clients’ homes or businesses o Working outdoors in all weathers. o Monitor all e-tendering portals (JSRS, MOMP, OPAL, Ariba, SAP, OXY, PDO, Shell, Ooredoo, Haya Water, Nama, etc. ) daily. o Maintain a live Tender Tracking Sheet with submission timelines, deadlines, submission requirements, and action owners. o Collaborate with tendering team to identify, review, and select potential tenders. o Coordinate bid/no-bid decision meetings with the CEO and finance. o Ensure compliance with JSRS, OPAL, MOMP, NAMA, Ooredoo, etc. o Ensure that awarded contracts are converted into project execution files with no deviation from agreed terms. o Submit a Monthly Tendering Report to the Board with Number of tenders submitted, Value of each tender, Status (won/lost/pending), Margin analysis Mistakes or rejections (if any) o Ensure that awarded contracts are converted into project execution files with no deviation from agreed terms.
