




**Company:** Taameer Investment SAOC (Part of Golden Group Holding) **Project:** Dhofar Beach Resort LLC – Five Star Resort Development **Location:** Wilayat Salalah, Dhofar Governorate, Oman **Employment Type:** Full\-time **Role Overview** The **Project Document Controller** will serve as the central gatekeeper for all project\-related documentation. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely distribution of information across stakeholders, while supporting the Project Manager in daily administrative and coordination tasks. **Key Responsibilities** * **Document Management** * Receive, quality\-check, log, and distribute project documentation. * Maintain a comprehensive digital library of project records. * Act as the custodian of Dhofar Beach Resort LLC’s project documentation. * **Stakeholder Coordination** * Liaise with the Main Contractor, Engineering Consultant, and other stakeholders. * Ensure timely updates and reporting on project documentation. * **Systems Administration** * Manage and administer project documentation within **Aconex EDMS**. * Ensure compliance with project standards and protocols. * **Project Support** * Assist the Project Manager with day\-to\-day activities. * Provide administrative support, including acting as the Project Manager’s private secretary when required. **Qualifications \& Skills** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 7 years of experience in **document control** within construction or hospitality projects. * Strong knowledge of **EDMS platforms (Aconex preferred)**. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage). * Ability to work collaboratively with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
