**Company:** Mashaá Trading \& Contracting **Location:** Sultanate of Oman **Position:** **Quantity Surveyor (Civil / Infrastructure Projects)** **Experience:** Minimum **3–5 years** in road, civil, or infrastructure works. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare **quantities, cost estimates, and BOQs** for civil and infrastructure projects. * Evaluate **materials, labor, and equipment costs** and prepare interim valuations. * Verify **measurements, site quantities, and subcontractor bills** in coordination with site engineers. * Assist in preparing **monthly progress bills, cost reports, and variation claims**. * Review and certify supplier and subcontractor invoices as per project requirements. * Maintain complete documentation and support project management in contractual matters. **Requirements:** * **Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering** or equivalent. * Strong knowledge of **AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity take\-off software**. * Experience in **road, pipeline, or infrastructure projects** preferred. * Excellent communication and analytical skills. * Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. **Salary \& Benefits:** * Attractive salary based on experience. * Accommodation, transportation, and other allowances as per company policy.
