### **Functional Lead \- Source to Settle (Oracle EBS Procurement)** **Location:** Muscat, Oman ️ **Arabic Nationals Only** **Experience:** 12\+ Years #### **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced **Functional Lead – Source to Settle** with strong expertise in **Oracle EBS Procurement**. The ideal candidate will lead functional evaluations, solution design, and process improvement initiatives, ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of Oracle procurement modules. #### **Key Responsibilities** * Perform **functional evaluation** and **detailed analysis** of business requirements. * Lead **design discussions and workshops** to address process gaps and propose scalable solutions. * Map business requirements to Oracle ERP modules to ensure a best\-fit solution. * Responsible for **functional solution design**, **application setup**, and **testing**. * Prepare and maintain **functional and design documentation**. * Collaborate closely with technical teams to develop and support custom extensions (CEMLI components). * Participate in **system testing** to ensure solutions perform as expected. * Utilize **industry best practices** in design and development. * Coordinate with **offshore teams** and ensure alignment with project goals. * Maintain strong **communication** and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle. #### **Requirements** * **12\+ years** of experience in Oracle EBS Procurement. * Strong product knowledge of: + Purchasing + iProcurement + Sourcing + Supplier Lifecycle Management + iSupplier Portal * Proven **configuration knowledge** of Oracle EBS Procurement modules. * Hands\-on experience in **4–5 full\-cycle implementations or rollouts**. * Good understanding of **customizations**, including **reports, OAF, and Oracle Mobile applications**. * Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills. * Ability to collaborate effectively with customers and cross\-functional IT teams. #### **Preferred Skills** * Deep understanding of **Oracle standard processes** and **integrations**. * Experience driving **process improvements** and **system enhancements**. * Proactive and detail\-oriented with excellent problem\-solving skills.
