**Job Opportunity: 3D Visualizer \- Architect** **Location:** Muscat, Oman *(with the possibility of relocation to the UAE as part of our company’s expansion)* **What You'll Bring:** * Expertise in 3D Modeling using **3D Studio Max** and **V\-Ray / Corona Renderer** *(or equivalent software such as SketchUp, Rhino, Blender, etc., provided that the output meets the required visual and technical standards).* * Proficiency in post\-production using Photoshop. * Experience in 3D Visualization for a minimum of 3 years. * Fluent in English, both written and spoken. **Responsibilities:** * Create life\-like 3D Renders and Artistic visuals for interior and exterior designs and fit\-outs. * Assist with planning decisions and modify renders based on requirements. * Produce high\-quality 3D perspectives and photo\-realistic renderings. * Collaborate with designers to solve design challenges. * Construct Design (CAD) drawings and 3D visuals for presentations. * Provide pre\-design services and layout designs as per client's requirements. * Manage the development of designs, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence. * Participate in project meetings and client presentations. * Support site teams with detailed drawings and follow\-up for smooth work progress. **Send your CV: Dana@baytbuild.com** Applications submitted **without a portfolio will not be considered**.
