The ideal candidate must have 15 years of experience in Planning \& Scheduling in large scale Infrastructure Projects, specifically in Roads, Bridges \& Railways. * Preparing Master Budgets (Revisions) for the project under guidance of Project Manager/Director. * Prepare and update the site organization chart on a monthly basis * Prepare and update Project base line schedule in P\-6 * Prepare, update, Monitor and revise the business plan under guidance of Project Manager * Update the project schedule on a fortnightly basis * Prepare, maintain and update the data base of the resources with the project. * Prepare the Rolling projections for resources manpower and equipment on a monthly basis * Compile the Daily progress report of project * Prepare, maintain and update the project documents required for the audit. **Skillsets** * Good Communication skills, People \& Project Management * Decision Making * Problem Solving skills * Team Management
