Manage the project budget, review contractor payment applications, and control costs. Administer contracts and process variation orders and claims in a timely manner. Prepare regular reports and forecasts for senior management. Act as the primary contact between the client, contractors, consultants, and authorities. Lead regular progress meetings and submit timely progress reports. Manage community relations and resolve issues arising from construction activities. Ensure all works comply with project quality standards and inspection/testing plans. Enforce the Health, Safety \& Environmental (HSE) plan and conduct regular site audits.
