The Fit\-Out Supervisor will oversee the day\-to\-day execution of interior fit\-out works on site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. The role involves close coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project requirements. **Key Responsibilities** **Supervise and monitor all fit\-out works** (partitions, ceilings, joinery, finishes, etc.) on site. Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors for smooth workflow. Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with design and client expectations. Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with HSE standards. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and highlight any delays or issues. Assist in site measurements, material requests, and ensuring timely availability of resources. **Requirements** ** Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.** ** 3–5 years of experience supervising interior fit\-out projects.** ** Strong knowledge of finishes, joinery, and interior construction techniques.** ** Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.** ** Strong communication and leadership skills.** ** Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage site teams effectively.
