The candidate will be outsourced to work with the Government Entity; the ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in full\-stack development, a problem\-solving mindset, and the ability to deliver high\-quality software solutions in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities **1\. Full\-Stack Development:** \- Design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend components of software applications. \- Write clean, efficient, and well\-documented code for user interfaces, APIs, and server\-side logic. **2\. Frontend Development:** \- Develop responsive and user\-friendly web interfaces using modern frameworks like Oracle APEX, Angular, React, or Vue.js \- Ensure cross\-browser compatibility and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. **3\. Backend Development:** \- Build robust and scalable server\-side applications using languages like PLSQL, Java, C\#, Python, or Node.js. \- Design and manage databases (SQL or NoSQL) and ensure efficient data storage and retrieval. **4\. Integration and APIs:** \- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and web services for seamless communication between frontend and backend systems. \- Collaborate with third\-party services and APIs as required. **5\. Testing and Debugging:** \- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and end\-to\-end testing to ensure software quality. \- Debug and resolve issues across the entire stack. **6\. Collaboration:** \- Work closely with cross\-functional teams, including designers, analysts, and testers, to deliver high\-quality software solutions. \- Participate in requirement gathering, technical discussions, and code reviews. **7\. Documentation:** \- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system design, API documentation, and user manuals. **8\. Compliance and Security:** \- Ensure software compliance with organizational standards and security protocols. \- Implement best practices for data protection and privacy. 8\. Continuous Improvement: \- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. \- Suggest and implement improvements to existing systems and processes. Qualifications and Skills \- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. \- Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands\-on experience in full\-stack development  Technical Skills: Proficiency in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js). Strong backend development skills using languages like Java, C\#, Python, or Node.js. Experience with databases (e.g., SQL, Oracle, MongoDB). o Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services. Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus. **Soft Skills:** Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
