**Senior Procurement Engineer (Construction)**
**Job Purpose:**
To manage and execute procurement of materials, equipment, and services for construction projects, ensuring optimal quality, competitive pricing, and timely delivery to efficiently support project execution.
**Responsibilities and Duties:**
* Develop and implement procurement plans for construction projects.
* Analyze purchase requisitions (PRs) and review technical specifications.
* Identify, evaluate, and approve suppliers and contractors.
* Issue requests for quotations (RFQs) and conduct technical and financial comparisons.
* Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and terms.
* Issue purchase orders (POs) and monitor supply processes.
* Coordinate with project and engineering teams to ensure material compliance with specifications.
* Track delivery schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines.
* Resolve supply-related issues, including delays or quality concerns.
* Prepare and submit procurement reports to management.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in the Sultanate of Oman.
**Required Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent).
* Minimum 7–12 years of procurement experience in the construction sector.
* Strong knowledge of construction materials and specifications.
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle).
* Solid understanding of procurement contracts and supply terms.

Salary: ﷼2,800.000 per month
