Stay current on emerging deep learning frameworks and open-source models Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Winovermind Location: Building 175, Barka North, Barka Monthly Pay: OMR 2,400 (On\-site, Full\-time) Position Overview Winovermind is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to drive the design, training, and production deployment of scalable AI and predictive analytics models out of our Barka North office. Core Focus Areas 1\. Build, train, and optimize custom machine learning algorithms, computer vision pipelines, and predictive models. 2\. Architect scalable MLOps pipelines to automate data preprocessing, model evaluation, CI/CD, and real\-time inference. 3\. Collaborate with software engineers and product teams to integrate ML models into core backend systems efficiently. 4\. Conduct rigorous performance tuning, model monitoring, and drift detection across production deployments. 5\. Stay current on emerging deep learning frameworks and open\-source models to keep our technology stack cutting\-edge. Candidate Profile 1\. 5\+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models into high\-availability production environments. 2\. Advanced proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit\-learn, and SQL. 3\. Hands\-on experience with MLOps frameworks, containerization tools, and cloud deployment pipelines. 4\. Deep foundation in linear algebra, statistics, data structures, and algorithmic optimization. 5\. Located in Oman and available for full\-time on\-site work in Barka North.
