Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality **Key Responsibilities Operations Management** * Oversee day\-to\-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies * Coordinate with head office for procurement, logistics, and supply chain activities * Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of goods * Maintain operational standards, safety, and regulatory compliance **Sales \& Business Development** * Drive branch sales targets and revenue growth * Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners * Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base * Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies **Inventory \& Supply Chain** * Manage stock levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory * Oversee inventory control, stock audits, and shrinkage prevention * Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely deliveries * Ensure accurate documentation for incoming and outgoing goods **Financial Management** * Prepare and manage branch budgets, forecasts, and financial reports * Monitor expenses and implement cost\-control measures * Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and cash flow management * Track KPIs such as sales performance, margins, and inventory turnover **Team Leadership** * Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff * Set performance targets and conduct regular evaluations * Motivate the team to achieve sales and operational goals * Maintain discipline and a productive work environment **Customer Service** * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality * Handle major customer issues and resolve complaints effectively * Maintain long\-term relationships with key accounts Job Type: Permanent Pay: From RO1,300\.000 per month Work Location: In person
