With a commitment to excellence, safety, and innovation, we are seeking an experienced and results\-driven professional to join our team. **Position Overview:** The Project Manager / Senior Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil engineering and project management within the construction sector, particularly in buildings, roads, and fuel station projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope * Plan, coordinate, and supervise all project activities, including design, procurement, and construction * Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities * Ensure compliance with local regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements * Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management * Manage project budgets, cost control, and resource allocation * Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies * Oversee site teams and ensure efficient workflow and productivity **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus) * Minimum 5\-10 years of relevant experience in construction projects * Proven experience managing building, road, and fuel station projects in Oman or the GCC * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills * In\-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local regulations * Proficiency in project management software and engineering tools * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure * Valid driving license in Oman (preferred) **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work on diverse and high\-profile projects * Professional growth and career advancement * Supportive and dynamic work environment **How to Apply:** Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV along with a cover letter detailing their experience and suitability for the role.
