**White paper LLC** We are currently seeking a highly experienced Interior Designer with a minimum of 5 years of proven expertise in the woodwork industry **Role Description** The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge in bespoke joinery design, detailed craftsmanship, material selection, and the preparation of professional design drawings and presentations. Strong experience in managing end\-to\-end interior design projects, coordinating with production teams, and ensuring the highest standards of quality is essential. This is a full\-time on\-site role for an Interior Designer based in Barka Oman. The Interior Designer will develop and execute design concepts for various spaces, considering aesthetics, functionality, and client requirements. The role includes creating drawings, selecting F \& F (Furniture and Fixtures), and collaborating closely with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver high\-quality designs. Coordination with Engineering Teams** * Work closely with civil, architectural, MEP engineers, and site supervisors to gather necessary information for accurate drawings. * Incorporate engineering changes, site mark\-ups, and redlines into final documents promptly. **3\. Compliance with Local Standards** * Ensure all drawings comply with Oman’s local authority regulations, including Muscat Municipality guidelines. * Stay updated on changes in local building codes and apply them to drafting work. **4\. Drawing Management \& Documentation** * Maintain a structured system for version control and storage of all drawings (both hard and soft copies). * Track revisions and approvals in coordination with the document controller or project coordinator. **5\. Preparation of As\-Built Drawings** * Prepare accurate as\-built drawings post\-construction, reflecting on\-site modifications, for submission to clients and authorities. * Ensure final as\-builts are stamped, approved, and archived as per company and client standards. **6\. Site Coordination \& Verification (as required)** * Conduct site visits to verify dimensions, check alignment with drawings, and ensure constructability. * Work with the site team to correct discrepancies between site conditions and design. **7\. Support During Approvals \& Permitting** * Assist engineers in preparing documentation and drawings for authority approvals and building permit applications.
