Oversee program lifecycle from concept to impact reporting Tower of Hope UG is hiring a Senior NGO Program Coordinator to lead community development initiatives, grant execution, and humanitarian outreach operations at Building 110, Barka Community Hub, Barka. Compensation: OMR 1,500 per month Location: Building 110, Barka Community Hub, Barka (Full\-time / On\-site) Organization Overview Tower of Hope UG is dedicated to implementing sustainable community development programs, educational support, and social welfare projects across the Sultanate of Oman. We operate directly within local communities to deliver impactful, measurable, and highly organized outreach efforts that support vulnerable populations and drive long\-term social growth. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and field\-tested Senior NGO Program Coordinator to take full charge of our program lifecycle in Barka. In this role, you will be responsible for translating organizational strategy into actionable community projects, managing donor funds, directing local field teams, and building strategic alliances with municipal stakeholders, private sponsors, and civic partners. Primary Responsibilities \* Program Design and Leadership: Plan, launch, and manage non\-profit initiatives, educational drives, and welfare projects from concept to final impact reporting. \* Grant Management and Compliance: Oversee program budgets, track expenditure, ensure strict adherence to donor guidelines, and draft comprehensive grant progress reports. \* Field Operations and Logistics: Direct daily operations at the Barka Community Hub, ensuring efficient allocation of supplies, space, and human resources for scheduled outreach programs. \* Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison between local municipal authorities, corporate partners, community leaders, and international non\-governmental bodies. \* Team Supervision: Lead, train, and mentor program assistants, site volunteers, and field staff, creating a culture of high accountability, empathy, and professional excellence. \* Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting (M\&E): Establish clear key performance indicators (KPIs) for every project, gather qualitative and quantitative community data, and present regular impact reports to senior executive leadership. Required Qualifications and Skills \* 5\+ years of direct experience in non\-profit management, humanitarian project coordination, or international development. \* Bachelor degree in International Development, Social Work, Public Administration, Business Management, or a related discipline. \* Deep understanding of local community dynamics, regional welfare frameworks, and Omani regulatory guidelines governing charitable and non\-governmental operations. \* Proven track record of managing multi\-phase projects, handling programmatic budgets, and securing milestone achievements. \* Exceptional organizational leadership, public speaking, negotiation, and cross\-cultural communication abilities. \* Technical proficiency in project management platforms, data collection software, and office suite tools. \* Residency Status: Must be currently residing in Oman and available for immediate, full\-time on\-site work in Barka.
