Summary: Seeking a freelance IT Support Engineer to provide onsite/deskside support, troubleshoot EUC devices, and manage hardware and software for end users. Highlights: 1. Provide onsite/deskside IT support to end users 2. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to EUC devices 3. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot **Role:** Freelance IT Support Engineer **Contract**: B2B/Freelance Contract **Location**: Qurum Oasis tower, Street No:103 PC: 116, Qurum, Sultanate of Oman, Muscat **Schedule:** Support required during standard working hours Essential duties for the position include, but are not limited to the following: * Provide onsite/deskside IT support to end users and meet SLA requirements. * Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to EUC devices, hardware, and software. * Install, configure, upgrade, and repair desktops, laptops, monitors, peripherals, and mobile devices. * Hands\-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot for device enrollment, configuration, deployment, and management. * Support user connectivity to LAN/WAN, Wi\-Fi, printers, scanners, and file services. * Provide break/fix and maintenance support for end\-user equipment and printers. * Provide VIP support for IT equipment and related devices. * Log, track, and update incidents and service requests in the ticketing system. * Communicate technical issues and resolutions clearly to users and internal teams. **JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS** * Requires 3 to 5 years of related work experience * Sound knowledge of imaging tools (SCCM, MDT) * Experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot * Sound knowledge of data backup and recovery tools (USMT) * Installing, upgrading, and migrating to Windows 7/10 * Deploying Windows 7/10 in large enterprises * Configuring hardware and applications * Configuring network connectivity * Configuring access to resources * Configuring mobile computing **Job Type:** Freelance **Work Location:** In person Job Type: Part\-time Pay: RO10\.000 \- RO12\.000 per hour Work Location: In person
