Summary: As part of the Security & Safety team, this role involves patrolling and monitoring OCI premises to prevent theft, violence, and rule infractions, ensuring high-level security. Highlights: 1. Provide security by patrolling and monitoring all OCI premises 2. Guard and monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions 3. Ensure adherence to all safety and security policies/procedures Purpose**:** * As part of Security \& Safety team of OCI, providing security by patrolling and monitoring all areas of OCI premises. Summary of the Job Role**:** * To Guard, patrol, or monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules with high level of professional demeanour thereby restricting uncalled access and maintain highest level of security at all times. * Carry out checks to ensure all safety and security policies/procedures are being adhered to. * Guard the premises. Authorities**:** Financial * None. People * None. Operational * None. Key Deliverables**:** * Provide access for visitors. * Prepare gate passes for external clients and vehicles. * Confirm the validity of gate passes * Inspect the materials going out of the store * Ensure the security of drivers and other employees or anyone entering the plant by making sure they wear the necessary safety equipment * Secure premises as per the roster. * Insure all contract have badge from security department * Call ROP and security head if their emergency situation * Do patrolling for all OCI Properties * Monitoring punching system for stuff and visitors * Monitoring CCTV 24/7 * Report of any security matter * Contractor Inspection (tools \& vehicles, gate passes(. Relationships (Internal)**:** * Plant Supervisor, HSE Relationships (External)**:** * ROP Security Agencies Qualifications**:** * High school or equivalent certificate. * Civil defence or any other safety training is preferred. Skills/Knowledge**:** * Attention to detail. * Being aware of other’s reactions. * Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies. * Logic and reasoning thinking to identify the strengths, weaknesses and alternative solutions. Experience**:** * 1\+ years of experience in Security field. Business Understanding**:** * Thorough understanding of the work area premises and in/out bound operations is essential.
