Role Overview The **Fintech Product Controller** will be responsible for managing financial oversight of fintech products, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision\-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial expertise, and the ability to align product performance with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities * Oversee financial control and reporting for fintech products. * Develop and implement product governance frameworks to ensure compliance. * Collaborate with product managers, developers, and finance teams to optimize performance. * Conduct financial analysis, risk assessments, and profitability reviews. * Prepare detailed reports and present insights to senior leadership. * Monitor KPIs and ensure accurate tracking of product performance. * Support strategic initiatives in product development and market expansion. * Mentor and guide junior finance staff to build expertise. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. * 7\+ years of experience in financial control, product management, or fintech operations. * Proven expertise in financial reporting, risk management, and product governance. * Strong knowledge of fintech products, digital payments, and regulatory frameworks. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment. * Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
