Summary:
This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining HSE policies and systems, ensuring compliance, conducting risk assessments, and leading HSE training programs.

**Qualifications \& Experience:**
* Nationality: Omani Only
* Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Health, Safety \& Environment (HSE) or related field
* NEBOSH certification (mandatory); additional HSE certifications are an advantage
* Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in HSE within construction/engineering projects
* At least 8 years of experience in Oman/GCC, preferably in real estate and infrastructure projects
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and management systems
* Ensure full compliance with local regulations, international standards, and project HSE requirements
* Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification (HIRA), and safety audits
* Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards
* Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actions
* Lead HSE training, awareness programs, and toolbox talks for site personnel
* Coordinate with project teams to ensure safe execution of all construction activities
**Technical Requirements:**
* Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices (OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, etc.)
* Experience in construction safety management and environmental controls
* Familiarity with permit\-to\-work systems and emergency response planning
* Ability to prepare HSE reports, statistics, and compliance documentation
**Leadership \& Management:**
* Lead and manage the HSE team on\-site
* Promote a strong safety culture across all project stakeholders
* Ability to enforce HSE compliance and take proactive safety measures
**Communication \& Reporting:**
* Excellent communication and training skills
* Ability to liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities
* Strong reporting and documentation skills
Pay: RO2,000\.000 \- RO2,100\.000 per month
