Opportunities for professional growth and career development. **We're Hiring \| Export \& Import Operations Executive** **(Omani Nationals Only)** **Location:** Muscat, Oman **Company:** NSF Chemicals **NSF Chemicals**, a leading international trading \& distribution company specializing in **polymer resins, petrochemicals, and industrial chemicals**, is looking for a dedicated and detail\-oriented **Export \& Import Operations Executive** to join our growing team. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate end\-to\-end export and import operations for international shipments. * Manage freight bookings, shipping documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination in compliance with international trade regulations and Incoterms. * Liaise with global suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure smooth cargo movement. * Monitor shipment status, resolve operational and documentation issues, and provide timely updates to stakeholders. * Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure efficient order execution and customer satisfaction. * Maintain accurate logistics records, operational reports, and documentation using ERP systems and Microsoft Office. * Support office administration, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement of logistics and supply chain processes. **Requirements** * **Omani National (Mandatory).** * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field. * 3–5 years of experience in export/import operations, international logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management. * Experience in the **polymer, petrochemical, industrial chemicals, or international trading industry** will be an added advantage. * Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, customs procedures, international logistics, and Incoterms. * Excellent communication, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/logistics management systems. * Fluency in English. **Why Join NSF Chemicals?** * Work with a globally connected international trading company. * Be part of a multicultural and professional work environment. * Gain exposure to international logistics and global supply chain operations. * Enjoy opportunities for professional growth and career development. **Share your CV:** **hr.nsfchemicals@gmail.com** Pay: RO300\.000 \- RO400\.000 per month Work Location: In person
