Summary: Design and maintain secure, scalable server-side systems powering mobile banking features, building API-first microservices integrating various banking and AI services. Highlights: 1. Design and build RESTful microservices for banking features 2. Integrate core banking systems, payment networks, and analytics platforms 3. Build AI-backed services for financial insights and recommendations **ROLE SUMMARY** Design and maintain secure, scalable server\-side systems powering all mobile banking features. Build the API\-first microservices backend integrating core banking, payments, cards, AI services, and third\-party platforms. **▌ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Design and build RESTful microservices for onboarding, payments, cards, accounts, and notifications. * Integrate Core Banking System, Cards Platform, KYC providers, payment networks, and analytics platforms. * Build AI\-backed services: financial insights, personalized tips, predictive recommendations, and chatbot APIs. * Implement MFA, data encryption, real\-time fraud detection, and anomaly detection. * Deploy and manage services on OCI with high availability, failover, and disaster recovery. * Support CI/CD pipelines, write comprehensive tests, and produce API documentation. **▌ REQUIREMENTS** * 6\+ years back\-end development; proficient in Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, Python, or Go. * Strong experience with microservices, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (OCI / AWS / Azure). * Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, Redis). * Prior banking or fintech integration experience preferred (e.g., Temenos, Finacle, FLEXCUBE).
