Summary:
Act as a first responder for emergencies, triage and manage critically ill patients, conduct physical examinations, diagnose illnesses, and perform essential procedures.

* Acute \& Emergency Care: Act as a first responder for incoming emergencies. Efficiently triage, resuscitate, stabilize, and manage critically ill or injured patients (pediatric to geriatric) in the Emergency Department.
* General Practice \& OPD: Conduct thorough physical examinations, diagnose common and complex illnesses, and formulate comprehensive management plans for outpatient/walk\-in patients.
* Procedural Expertise: Perform essential emergency and minor surgical procedures, including but not limited to:
* Intubation and mechanical ventilation management
* Central and peripheral line insertions
* Suturing, wound care, and abscess drainage
* Splinting and reduction of simple fractures/dislocations
* Focused Assessment with Sonography for Trauma (FAST) scans
* Patient Triage \& Flow: Optimize patient flow in the ED by quickly identifying high\-priority cases while ensuring low\-acuity patients receive timely, definitive care.
* Collaboration \& Referrals: Coordinate closely with super\-specialists (Cardiologists, Trauma Surgeons, Neurologists, etc.) for timely references, admissions, or transfers.
* Documentation \& Medico\-Legal Compliance: Maintain meticulous electronic health records (EHR), complete accurate discharge summaries, and strictly adhere to medico\-legal protocols for trauma, poisoning, and MLC cases.
Pay: RO1,500\.000 \- RO1,800\.000 per month
