We are seeking a **Senior Product Design Director** who will define and lead our design vision across multiple products. This role goes beyond interface design you will shape the overall user experience strategy and influence how our platforms are built from the ground up. You will be involved in strategic decision making and will directly influence product direction from the early stages. **Modern Stack** We use Figma as our primary design tool, and our engineering teams work with modern frameworks including React and Vue, enabling seamless collaboration across teams. **Growth Opportunities** You will have access to professional development programs, certifications, and international design conferences to continuously enhance your expertise. **Key Responsibilities** **Design Strategy Leadership** Define and drive the overall product design strategy across platforms ensuring consistency and scalability. **End to End Product Design** Oversee the full design lifecycle from research and concept development to high fidelity design and delivery. **Team Leadership and Mentorship** Lead, mentor, and develop a team of designers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. **User Research and Validation** Implement structured research methodologies to validate design decisions using data and user insights. **Stakeholder Collaboration** Work closely with executives, product managers, and clients to present design strategies and justify design decisions. **What We Are Looking For** **Experience** Minimum 8 years in product design or UX UI roles with at least 2 to 3 years in a senior leadership position. **Portfolio** A strong portfolio demonstrating end to end product design processes including research, problem solving, and measurable outcomes. **Technical Skills** Advanced proficiency in Figma including component systems, prototyping, and scalable design systems. **Industry Knowledge** Experience working with enterprise platforms, SaaS products, or large scale digital ecosystems. **Leadership Mindset** Ability to balance strategic vision with execution and deliver high quality results in fast paced environments.
