Focus on building trust, increasing awareness, and supporting business growth **Job Title:** Bilingual Content Creator / Videographer – Construction \& Real Estate Projects **Company:** Abu Hayan National **Location:** Muscat, Sultanate of Oman **Job Type:** Full\-time **About the Role** Abu Hayan National is looking for a creative and practical Content Creator who can plan, shoot, edit, and publish engaging Arabic and English content for our construction, real estate, and central vacuum system projects. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on site, understands how to turn project progress and technical work into attractive stories, and can create content that builds trust, increases awareness, and supports business development. **Key Responsibilities** **Content Planning** * Develop monthly content calendars, campaign ideas, storylines, reels concepts, captions, and posting schedules. * Align content with project progress, company updates, client priorities, handovers, site milestones, events, and brand tone of voice. * Suggest content themes that highlight quality, reliability, project management, engineering capability, and company credibility. **Photography, Video \& Editing** * Visit project sites to capture photos, short videos, reels, stories, behind\-the\-scenes clips, progress updates, and team activities. * Film and edit short\-form videos suitable for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp. * Coordinate routine shoots with engineers, project managers, site teams, management, clients, influencers, and external videographers when required. * Organize raw footage, final edits, project folders, scripts, captions, and approvals. **Copywriting \& Publishing** * Write clear Arabic and English captions, headlines, short scripts, WhatsApp messages, website snippets, and simple campaign copy. * Convert technical construction and project information into simple, attractive, and client\-friendly content. * Schedule and publish approved content across company digital platforms. * Ensure all project names, locations, prices, progress updates, client references, and calls\-to\-action are accurate before publishing. **Community \& Market Trends** * Monitor social media trends, competitor content, audience comments, and engagement patterns. * Suggest creative ideas to increase reach, engagement, inquiries, and brand relevance. * Report basic content performance, including reach, engagement, inquiries, best\-performing formats, and recommendations. **Authority \& Decision Making** * Propose content themes, scripts, filming ideas, and monthly calendars. * Request information, access, and approvals required for accurate content. * Coordinate routine shoots and content schedules. * Escalate inaccurate information, delayed approvals, safety concerns, or brand\-sensitive issues. * Publish only approved content according to the company approval process. **Requirements** **Education** Bachelor degree or diploma in Marketing, Media, Journalism, Communications, Design, or a related field. **Experience** * Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation, social media content, videography, or digital marketing. * Experience in construction, real estate, lifestyle, hospitality, or agency work is preferred. * A strong portfolio of previous videos, reels, captions, and social media content is required. **Technical Competencies** * Strong Arabic and English writing skills. * Mobile filming and short\-form video production. * Basic video editing using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools. * Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools. * Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, and content calendars. * Ability to organize content libraries, project footage, scripts, captions, and approvals. **Behavioral Competencies** * Creativity and storytelling. * Confidence in working with site teams and management. * Speed and ability to meet posting deadlines. * Attention to detail and accuracy. * Curiosity and willingness to learn about construction and project work. * Comfortable visiting active project sites and following safety instructions. **Preferred** * Valid driving license in Oman. * Experience creating content for construction, engineering, real estate, or project\-based companies. * Ability to appear on camera or guide others during filming is a plus. * Knowledge of basic paid social media campaigns is a plus. **Application Requirement** Candidates must submit their CV along with a portfolio or links to previous content, reels, videos, or social media accounts they have managed or created content for.
