Project Engineer who will be responsible for managing SCADA activities for projects shall undertake the following actions: * Supervision the delivery and implementation of NEDC’s SCADA system in accordance with the Company’s license conditions . * Adhere to the Company’s health, safety, environmental and security policies at all times and immediately report violations of these policies to NEDC’s health, safety \& environment representatives * Oversee the design and implementation of the Company’s SCADA’s system project. * Develop and implement the transition strategy of the new SCADA system to operations * Ensure that correct and accurate policies and procedures are in place for the new SCADA system * Trouble shoots complete SCADA System and Maintain all SCADA components. * Recommends updates to the SCADA system, as required * Configure RTU’s, communication modems and other SCADA devices * End\-To\-End testing procedures review, approval, inspections and testing supervision. * Supervise technical staff as required Review and approval of Operation and Maintenance (O\&M) Manuals. * Oversee the development, management and implementation of annual work programs and budgets for implementation of the new SCADA system consistent with the NEDC’s business strategy and business planning process * Develop, implement and report against staff training programs to improve technical and management skills * Other duties, as assigned by client. * Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field. * Professional engineering license preferred. * In\-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards. * Proven experience in project management and team leadership. **Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.** Work on landmark projects around the world and embrace opportunities to make an even bigger impact in the communities you care about.
