**Role Overview**
The Private Equity Partner is responsible for defining and executing the firm’s investment strategy, managing high\-level relationships, and ensuring the long\-term success of the investment portfolio. This senior leader drives the firm's growth through effective deal sourcing, expert due diligence, and active value creation within portfolio companies.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Investment Strategy \& Deal Sourcing: Define the firm's investment thesis and leverage an extensive professional network to identify, evaluate, and secure high\-potential investment opportunities.
* Capital Raising \& LP Relations: Serve as the primary face of the firm to Limited Partners (LPs), leading fundraising efforts, reporting performance, and maintaining long\-term investor trust.
* Deal Execution: Oversee the full lifecycle of transactions, from final investment decision\-making and negotiation to closing, often intervening in complex situations to resolve bottlenecks.
* Portfolio Oversight: Provide strategic guidance to portfolio company leadership, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and participate in board\-level governance to drive operational efficiency and shareholder value.
* Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead the investment team, fostering a collaborative culture and ensuring operational excellence across all functions.
**Required Qualifications**
* Track Record: Proven history of successful deal execution, significant value creation, and strong investment returns.
* Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of the target sectors, including market trends, regulatory environments, and key competitive dynamics.
* Executive Presence: Ability to represent the firm at the highest levels, including interactions with media, industry conferences, and executive\-level counterparts at portfolio companies.
* Network: An established, active network of industry contacts, potential sellers, co\-investors, and institutional LPs.
* Operational Acumen: Strong background in corporate strategy, finance, or operations, often demonstrated by prior senior executive roles (e.g., CEO, COO, CFO).
Pay: RO7\.000 \- RO14\.000 per hour
