To strengthen our leadership team in Salalah, we are seeking an experienced **Design Director** to lead creative vision and oversee design operations. Role Overview The **Design Director** will be responsible for setting the creative direction, managing design teams, and ensuring the delivery of world\-class projects. This role requires visionary leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to translate client needs into innovative design solutions. Key Responsibilities * Lead and oversee design projects from concept to execution. * Develop and implement creative strategies aligned with company goals. * Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure cohesive outcomes. * Maintain design quality standards and ensure compliance with industry best practices. * Mentor and inspire design teams to achieve excellence. * Engage with clients to understand requirements and present design solutions. * Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. * Drive innovation in design processes, tools, and methodologies. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. * 12\+ years of experience in design leadership, with at least 5 years in a director\-level role. * Proven track record of delivering large\-scale, high\-impact design projects. * Strong knowledge of design software, industry trends, and sustainability practices. * Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. * Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
