Evaluate enhanced oil recovery (EOR) techniques and opportunities **Lead Reservoir Engineer** **Uzeegar Petroleum – Salalah, Oman (Salalah Free Zone)** **Salary: OMR 4,000 per month** **Job Overview:** Uzeegar Petroleum is seeking a highly experienced Lead Reservoir Engineer to manage reservoir performance and optimize hydrocarbon recovery strategies. This role is critical in supporting field development planning, maximizing production, and ensuring efficient reservoir management. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead reservoir engineering studies including simulation, modeling, and performance analysis * Develop and implement reservoir management and depletion strategies to maximize recovery * Conduct reserve estimations, forecasting, and uncertainty analysis * Collaborate with geoscience, drilling, and production teams to support field development plans * Monitor reservoir performance and recommend optimization strategies * Evaluate enhanced oil recovery (EOR) techniques and field development opportunities * Prepare technical reports, reserves documentation, and development plans * Ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field * Minimum of 7–12 years of experience in reservoir engineering within the oil \& gas industry * Strong expertise in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Eclipse, Petrel, CMG) * Proven experience in reserves estimation and field development planning * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills * Strong leadership and cross\-functional collaboration abilities **Benefits:** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Leadership role with exposure to strategic field development projects * Opportunities for professional growth and advancement الراتب المدفوع: ﷼٠٫٠٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
