We are looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer who will take ownership of our core systems and infrastructure strategy. You will not just maintain systems, you will design, improve, and future\-proof them. You will work closely with engineering, security, and operations teams to ensure stability, scalability, and efficiency across all platforms. Key Responsibilities **Infrastructure Management** Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, storage, and cloud environments **System Reliability** Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all systems and services **Cloud and Virtualization** Manage cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and virtualization technologies **Monitoring and Optimization** Implement monitoring tools and continuously improve system performance and efficiency **Security and Compliance** Apply best practices in cybersecurity, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with industry standards **Project Leadership** Lead infrastructure projects including upgrades, migrations, and system integrations What We Are Looking For **Experience** Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or a related field **Technical Skills** Strong knowledge of servers, networking, cloud platforms, and virtualization Experience with Windows and Linux environments **Tools and Technologies** Hands\-on experience with AWS, Azure, VMware, or similar platforms Familiarity with monitoring and automation tools **Problem Solving** Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and implement effective solutions **Communication Skills** Strong ability to work with cross functional teams and explain technical concepts clearly **Mindset** Proactive, detail oriented, and focused on continuous improvement Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: RO2,000\.000 \- RO2,600\.000 per month Work Location: In person
