Role Overview We are seeking an experienced **Supply Chain Analytics Lead** to design, implement, and oversee advanced analytics solutions that support strategic decision\-making. This role requires strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to deliver actionable insights that transform supply chain performance. Key Responsibilities * **Analytics Strategy**: Define and implement enterprise\-wide supply chain analytics frameworks. * **Data Modeling**: Develop predictive models for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and logistics planning. * **Dashboard Development**: Create interactive dashboards and reports for executives and operational teams. * **Performance Monitoring**: Track KPIs, service levels, and operational metrics. * **Risk Management**: Identify supply chain risks and propose mitigation strategies. * **Collaboration**: Partner with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to align analytics initiatives with strategic objectives. * **Innovation Leadership**: Drive adoption of emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and blockchain in supply chain analytics. * **Team Leadership**: Mentor analysts and foster a culture of accountability and innovation. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * 8\+ years of analytics and supply chain experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. * Strong knowledge of **supply chain frameworks** and GCC industrial environments. * Expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), SQL, Python, and advanced analytics platforms. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Experience in manufacturing or logistics organizations preferred.
