Role Overview We are seeking an experienced **Lead Electrical Engineer** to oversee electrical design, manage compliance frameworks, and align engineering strategies with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver robust electrical solutions that support growth and long\-term competitiveness. Key Responsibilities * **Electrical Design**: Lead the design and implementation of electrical systems for industrial and infrastructure projects. * **Project Oversight**: Manage engineering teams, schedules, and deliverables to ensure project success. * **Risk Management**: Identify electrical risks and propose mitigation strategies. * **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, ISO standards, and safety requirements. * **Innovation Leadership**: Drive adoption of advanced modeling tools, smart grid technologies, and sustainable engineering practices. * **Collaboration**: Partner with architects, contractors, and project managers to align electrical solutions with business objectives. * **Mentorship**: Guide junior engineers and foster a culture of accountability and technical excellence. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering. * 12\+ years of electrical engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. * Strong knowledge of **electrical engineering frameworks** and GCC construction environments. * Expertise in electrical analysis software (ETAP, AutoCAD Electrical, MATLAB) and BIM tools. * Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem\-solving skills. * Experience in multinational or regional engineering organizations preferred.
