Opportunities for training, development, and career growth **Job Summary** UniLMail Digital Communications Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and customer\-oriented **Customer Support Representative** to join our team in Salalah, Dhofar. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction across various communication channels. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others and working in a fast\-paced digital environment. **Responsibilities** * Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat * Provide accurate information about company services and solutions * Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions * Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary * Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction **Requirements / Qualifications** * Previous experience in customer service or support roles preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to multitask and manage time effectively * Problem\-solving skills with a customer\-focused mindset * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems * Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage) * Must be based in Oman or willing to relocate **Compensation and Benefits** **Salary:** OMR 350 – OMR 600 per month (depending on experience) **Benefits:** * Paid annual leave * End\-of\-service benefits as per Oman Labor Law * Training and development opportunities * Friendly and collaborative work environment * Opportunities for career growth **Application Process** Interested candidates are invited to submit their updated CV along with a brief cover letter outlining their relevant experience.
