Career growth opportunities in e-commerce and operations **Job Summary** Ultimate PokeCards Trading \& Collectibles Ltd. is seeking a detail\-oriented and efficient **Order Processing Specialist** to join our team in Salalah, Dhofar. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer orders, ensuring accurate processing, and coordinating with logistics to deliver a smooth and timely order fulfillment experience. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized and interested in e\-commerce and retail operations. **Responsibilities** * Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently * Verify order details, payments, and shipping information * Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order fulfillment * Track shipments and update order status in the system * Handle order\-related inquiries, returns, and exchanges * Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer data * Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction **Requirements / Qualifications** * Previous experience in order processing, e\-commerce, or administrative roles preferred * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Good organizational and multitasking skills * Basic knowledge of inventory and order management systems * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) * Good communication and customer service skills * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment * Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage) * Must be based in Oman or willing to relocate **Compensation and Benefits** **Salary:** OMR 350 – OMR 600 per month (depending on experience) **Benefits:** * Paid annual leave * End\-of\-service benefits as per Oman Labor Law * Training and development opportunities * Supportive and team\-oriented work environment * Career growth opportunities in e\-commerce and operations **Application Process** Interested candidates are invited to submit their updated CV along with a brief cover letter outlining their experience in order processing or related roles.
