Role Overview We are seeking an experienced **Chief Project Manager** to oversee large\-scale construction projects, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure timely delivery aligned with client expectations and industry standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and strategic vision. Key Responsibilities * **Project leadership**: Direct and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. * **Planning \& scheduling**: Develop project timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. * **Team management**: Lead engineers, supervisors, and contractors to achieve project goals. * **Budget oversight**: Control costs, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial accountability. * **Quality assurance**: Maintain compliance with safety standards, regulations, and quality benchmarks. * **Client relations**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and transparency. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. * 10\+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry. * Proven track record of managing large\-scale projects in Oman or the GCC region. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Proficiency in project management software and construction methodologies. * Knowledge of Omani construction regulations and industry practices is an advantage.
