Collaborative multidisciplinary patient care **Specialist ENT** Male/Female Ibri MS **Preferred Skills** * Strong diagnostic and clinical decision\-making skills. * Good ENT procedural and surgical skills. * Excellent patient communication and counselling skills. * Ability to manage a diverse patient population. * Good teamwork and interpersonal skills. * Commitment to patient safety and quality healthcare. **Preferred Clinical \& Surgical Exposure** Preference will be given to candidates with experience in: * ENT endoscopy * FESS * Septoplasty and turbinate procedures * Tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy * Myringotomy and ear procedures * Epistaxis management * Foreign body removal * Pediatric ENT * Vertigo and balance disorder management * Sleep\-related ENT disorders * General head and neck ENT conditions **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct ENT consultations, clinical examinations, diagnosis, treatment, and follow\-up. * Manage common ENT conditions including: o Chronic and acute sinusitis o Allergic rhinitis and nasal obstruction o Tonsillitis and adenoid disorders o Ear infections and hearing\-related conditions o Vertigo and balance disorders o Tinnitus o Voice and throat disorders o Epistaxis and foreign bodies o Pediatric ENT conditions * Perform diagnostic procedures such as nasal and ear endoscopy, where appropriately trained. * Perform minor ENT procedures and surgical interventions within the physician's approved scope of practice. * Manage emergency ENT cases and provide appropriate stabilization, treatment, or referral. * Collaborate with other specialties for multidisciplinary patient care. * Maintain accurate medical records and comply with clinical documentation standards. * Provide clear counselling to patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options,procedures, and follow\-up. * Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing professional development. * Follow hospital policies, professional ethics, infection\-control standards, and Oman Ministry of Health regulations **If you are into this kindly apply here or share your cv to info@gnsbusiness.com or Whatsapp CV to \+ 968 76269238** Work Location: In person
