Structured training in influencer marketing and outreach **About the Role** Scale Pledge is a growing influencer marketing agency looking to onboard motivated **male** individuals who want hands\-on experience in outreach, relationship building, and deal coordination. This role is designed for those who don’t just want to “learn to be an employee,” but want to develop independent thinking, ownership, and an entrepreneurial mindset with the skills to eventually operate without reliance on us.
