Working in a dynamic, project-based environment with continuous development **Fullstack Software Engineer** **Purpose of the Role:** Design, develop, and maintain software applications from front-end (Front\-End) to back-end (Back\-End), ensuring delivery of high-quality technical solutions that meet business needs according to best practices and modern standards. **Responsibilities:** * Develop user interfaces using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue). * Develop back-end systems (Back\-End) using languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET. * Design and manage databases (SQL / NoSQL). * Build and integrate APIs. * Test, debug, and optimize application performance. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, quality assurance, operations) to ensure system integration. * Implement cybersecurity best practices. * Manage and deploy applications using DevOps and CI/CD tools. * Document systems and software processes. * Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose continuous improvements. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent. * Minimum 3–7 years of experience in Full Stack software development. * Strong experience in both front-end and back-end development. * Familiarity with database systems and server management. * Knowledge of version control tools such as Git. **Required Skills:** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams. * Time management and organizational skills. * Capacity for rapid learning and keeping pace with modern technologies. * Effective communication skills. **Work Environment:** * Work in technical offices or remotely. * Dynamic, project-based work environment with continuous development. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * Code quality and defect-free delivery. * Speed of feature development and delivery. * Application performance and stability. * End-user satisfaction. * Adherence to project deadlines.
