Work closely with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients Architectural Project Coordinator **Company:** M2\-BG Warm up **Location:** Muscat, Muscat Governorate, Oman **Area:** Al Ghubra North **Salary:** OMR 1,450 per month **Job Type:** Full\-time Job Overview M2\-BG Warm up is seeking an organized and detail\-oriented **Architectural Project Coordinator** to support the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of architectural and construction projects. The successful candidate will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects progress according to approved designs, schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate day\-to\-day activities across architectural and construction projects. * Work closely with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients. * Maintain project schedules, documentation, drawings, specifications, and correspondence. * Track project milestones, deliverables, deadlines, and outstanding actions. * Coordinate architectural drawings and ensure revisions are properly documented and distributed. * Assist with project planning, resource coordination, procurement, and material requirements. * Organize project meetings and prepare agendas, minutes, progress updates, and action lists. * Monitor project progress and identify potential delays, design issues, or coordination conflicts. * Support site teams by coordinating design information and resolving documentation\-related issues. * Review project documents for consistency and completeness. * Assist with preparing project reports, presentations, schedules, and progress documentation. * Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors when required. * Maintain accurate project records and ensure documentation follows company procedures. * Support quality\-control activities and help ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable standards. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. * Previous experience in architectural project coordination, construction, or a similar role. * Good understanding of architectural drawings, construction documentation, and project workflows. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project\-management software. * Strong organizational, communication, and time\-management skills. * Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. * Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams. * Knowledge of construction standards, regulations, and project documentation practices is an advantage. * Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
