The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience in CRMnext implementation, development, and customization, along with strong technical and analytical skills to support business requirements and system enhancements. Key Responsibilities: * Participate in CRMnext implementation projects as part of the core implementation and development team. * Develop functional and technical solutions using the CRMnext Gold platform. * Design and configure simple and complex workflows within the CRMnext application. * Configure system layouts and develop custom reports, designed reports, business rules, translators, and custom pages. * Work with Lead, Service, and other object toolboxes within CRMnext. * Design and develop target planning solutions aligned with business requirements. * Develop complex queries and stored procedures in SQL databases and support front\-end development using HTML/CSS. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to servers, authentication, IIS, and system performance. * Design card view and Mashup Anywhere solutions in CRMnext. * Develop and configure Trinity Cross Sell Modeler, including integration, whitespace, and machine learning features. * Implement and manage SOAP and REST API integrations with internal and external systems. * Conduct business process analysis, requirement gathering, and technical architecture design. * Identify system risks and propose improvements and mitigation plans to enhance system performance and functionality. Required Skills \& Qualifications: * Minimum 5\+ years of experience working with the CRMnext platform, particularly the Gold version. * Hands\-on experience in CRMnext implementation and development. * Strong knowledge of workflow design, system configuration, and CRM customization. * Experience with SQL databases, HTML, and CSS development. * Knowledge of Vivid Flow and Autonoma Flow workflows is desirable. * Strong experience with SOAP and REST API integrations. * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and technical architecture skills. * Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
