In this role, you will oversee a team of relationship managers and advisors, deliver comprehensive financial solutions to high‑net‑worth (HNW) and ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) clients, and drive revenue growth while ensuring a high standard of client service and regulatory compliance. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and manage a team of wealth‑management advisors and relationship managers, providing coaching, performance reviews, and career development. * Develop and execute a regional or branch‑level business strategy to grow assets under management (AUM), new client acquisition, and revenue targets. * Build and maintain long‑term relationships with high‑net‑worth clients, understanding their financial objectives, risk profiles, and family needs. * Oversee the design and delivery of holistic wealth solutions, including investment strategy, portfolio management, wealth planning, succession/planning, and financing solutions. **Required Qualifications and Skills** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or CFA, CFP, or similar certification is preferred. * Typically 8–12\+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or management role. * Strong knowledge of investment products (equities, fixed income, funds, alternatives), portfolio construction, and asset allocation.
