Respond to general inquiries about available services, property and available facilities. Confirm the client's first and last name and the type of treatment scheduled prior to the start of the treatment. Monitor and adhere to the schedule throughout the day. Notify service providers of last-minute changes or additions to the schedule and resolve scheduling issues as needed. Promote and sell spa/salon services as well as retail products. Complete request forms for additional products, supplies and equipment. Inspect work areas, tools or equipment to ensure they meet company standards. Inform Engineering department of maintenance and repair needs for the spa/salon. Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, motivating and coaching employees; and serve as a role model. Report accidents, injuries and unsafe working conditions to management. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure a clean and complete uniform is worn; maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times while on property; uphold confidentiality when handling brand and/or hotel-specific information; protect all company assets. Welcome and greet all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guest service needs; assist disabled individuals; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Use clear and courteous language in all communications; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer the telephone using proper etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team efforts to achieve common goals. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards; develop and implement plans to improve quality or corrective actions. Be accustomed to standing, sitting and moving for extended periods of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds (4.5 kg) without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors. RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or equivalent secondary education. Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience. Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
