We are seeking an experienced and detail\-oriented Tally Prime Expert Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in\-depth knowledge and hands\-on expertise in utilizing Tally Prime software for managing financial transactions and ensuring accurate bookkeeping for our organization. Responsibilities: * Utilize Tally Prime software to maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. * Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to provide insights and recommendations to management. * Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations. * Handle day\-to\-day accounting activities, including journal entries, expense tracking, and payroll processing. * Perform monthly and annual closing procedures to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. * Conduct periodic audits of financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues. * Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to facilitate smooth audits and address inquiries. * Assist in developing and implementing efficient accounting policies, procedures, and controls. * Stay updated on industry trends, changes in accounting regulations, and new features of Tally Prime software. * Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff members when needed.
