Focus on fire safety codes and regulations Job Brief: Fire Alarm Technician Company: Al Saam Global Location: Muscat, oman Responsibilities Install, configure, and commission addressable and conventional fire alarm systems Perform routine maintenance, testing, and inspection of fire alarm equipment Troubleshoot and repair system faults, detectors, panels, and notification devices Conduct system programming and device addressing for addressable systems Complete service reports, inspection documentation, and compliance checklists Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and local safety regulations (Advantageous) Assist with installation and maintenance of fire fighting systems Required Qualifications \& Skills Proven experience in fire alarm system installation and maintenance Technical knowledge of addressable and conventional fire alarm technologies Ability to read and interpret system diagrams and wiring schematics Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical and electronic systems Familiarity with fire safety codes and regulations Basic understanding of fire fighting systems (preferred) Physical fitness for working at heights and in various environments Work Schedule \& Conditions Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Saturday to Thursday) Weekly Off: Friday Lunch Break: 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM Contract Type: Full\-time, 2\-year contract (renewable by mutual agreement) Compensation \& Benefits Attractive Salary: OMR 200 \- 350 per month (based on experience) Employment Package: Company\-provided employment visa Insurance: Comprehensive medical insurance Accommodation: Shared company accommodation Professional Development: Opportunities for technical training and certification Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
