Adhering to GMP and safety guidelines **Job Description:** Our client is seeking an experienced Operator to join their pharmaceutical team in Oman, specializing in the manufacturing of sterile liquid pharmaceuticals. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the precise and efficient manufacturing of sterile liquid products while adhering to quality and safety standards. **Responsibilities:** * Operate and monitor equipment used in the manufacturing of sterile liquid pharmaceuticals. * Follow batch records and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure accurate and compliant manufacturing. * Set up and prepare equipment for production and clean and sanitize it as needed. * Perform precise measurements and calculations for the preparation of sterile liquid formulations. * Monitor the production process, making adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality. * Conduct in\-process quality checks and testing to ensure products meet specifications. * Assist in troubleshooting equipment and process issues, escalating to the appropriate team when necessary. * Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety guidelines. * Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records. * Assist with equipment maintenance and calibration as required. **Requirements:** * Diploma, BSc, or B Pharma in Pharmacy or related field. * 6 to 12 years of experience in sterile liquid pharmaceutical manufacturing. * Proficient knowledge of sterile liquid manufacturing processes and equipment. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and follow aseptic techniques. * Familiarity with GMP and regulatory requirements. * Effective communication skills. * Problem\-solving abilities and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. * Knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. * Willingness to work in shifts. **\#OperatorJobs \#PharmaIndustry \#SterileManufacturing \#Pharmaceuticals \#OmanJobs \#HealthcareCareers \#GMPCompliance**
