Key Responsibilities * Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders * Translate business needs into functional specifications and actionable insights * Perform data analysis using tools like Excel, SQL, or BI platforms * Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions * Create reports, dashboards, and performance metrics * Collaborate with IT, operations, and management teams * Support project implementation, testing, and validation * Monitor KPIs and provide ongoing business insights Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or related field * 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Experience with Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), or SQL is an advantage * Excellent communication and documentation skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines * Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply Job Type \& Schedule * Full\-time * Monday to Friday * Day shift About the Company IOverserve Business Services LLC is a fast\-growing business solutions provider specializing in analytics, customer support, and process optimization services for international clients.
