Key responsibilities * Greet and assist visitors; manage visitor sign‑in and issue badges. * Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; take and relay messages. * Manage front desk inboxes and respond to general inquiries. * Coordinate meeting room bookings, prepare meeting spaces, and manage calendars for shared rooms. * Receive and sort mail and deliveries; notify recipients and maintain logs. * Maintain a tidy, professional reception area and lobby. * Provide basic administrative support: data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, and preparing documents. * Assist with onboarding tasks (visitor access, workstation setup) and liaise with facilities/security. * Escalate security, safety, or facility issues to appropriate teams. * Uphold confidentiality and represent company brand with professionalism. Requirements * 1\+ years’ experience in reception, front desk, or customer‑facing administrative role preferred. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills. * Proficient with MS Office, email, phone systems, and calendar tools (Outlook/Google Calendar). * Highly organized, punctual, and able to multitask in a busy environment. * Basic problem‑solving and discretion handling confidential information. * Availability to work scheduled front‑desk hours; flexibility for occasional early/late shifts if required.
