Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated **Site Engineer** to oversee on\-site activities, ensure compliance with project specifications, and coordinate with contractors and stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities * **Site supervision**: Monitor daily construction activities and ensure adherence to plans. * **Quality control**: Inspect materials and workmanship to meet project standards. * **Project coordination**: Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and consultants. * **Safety compliance**: Enforce safety protocols and identify potential hazards. * **Progress reporting**: Prepare daily/weekly reports on site activities and project status. * **Problem\-solving**: Address technical issues and propose effective solutions. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in site engineering or construction supervision. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering tools. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Familiarity with Oman’s construction regulations is an advantage.
