Support the sales team with technical consultation and solution design **Job Summary** We are looking for a skilled and customer\-focused Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and maintenance support for industrial IT, networking, automation, and computing solutions. The role involves working closely with customers, sales teams, suppliers, and internal technical teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide first\- and second\-level technical support to customers through phone, email, remote access, and onsite visits. * Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and system\-related issues. * Install, configure, commission, and maintain industrial PCs, servers, gateways, routers, switches, HMIs, I/O modules, and networking equipment. * Support Industrial Ethernet, Wi\-Fi, cellular, VPN, and other industrial networking solutions. * Assist customers with product configuration, firmware/software installation, updates, and system integration. * Perform onsite troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and technical inspections when required. * Analyze technical problems and provide effective solutions within agreed response times. * Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers for advanced technical support, RMA, warranty claims, and product\-related issues. * Prepare technical reports, service reports, troubleshooting guides, and documentation. * Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical training to customers and internal teams. * Support the sales team by providing technical consultation, product selection, solution design, and pre\-sales support. * Review customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions. * Maintain records of customer issues, service activities, equipment configuration, and resolutions. * Ensure all technical activities comply with company procedures and applicable safety requirements. **Required Skills \& Qualifications** * Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, IT, Automation, or a related field. * 1\-2 years of experience in technical support, industrial automation, networking, IT infrastructure, or a related field. * Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, computer hardware, and networking fundamentals.
