The successful candidate will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support end users, and help ensure reliable and secure IT operations. Key Responsibilities * Provide first\-line technical support for hardware, software, and network\-related issues. * Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment. * Respond to support requests and resolve technical problems in a timely manner. * Assist with user account management, password resets, and access permissions. * Monitor system performance and report recurring issues. * Support the setup and maintenance of office networks and connectivity. * Maintain accurate records of support tickets and technical documentation. * Assist with software updates, system upgrades, and data backups. * Educate users on IT best practices and security procedures. * Collaborate with vendors and external service providers when necessary.
